"The breakfast was good, the fried chicken was very delicious, the curry with nasi lemak was great, but there were not many kinds of vegetables and fruits. The parking lot is free, but there are not many cars, the service is very good, check in and check out have parking handles to help carry your luggage and then take you from the room to your parking location. Without TV, the telephone signal and network signal are not very good. The forest is here to cut off from the world."

"It is very difficult to find. Generally, the hotel will contact you to pick it up after booking. Otherwise, you will find it for a long time. There is no signal on the mountain, and the hotel Wi-Fi is sufficient.
The environment is okay. It was really gloomy at night. The wooden door of the toilet suddenly opened several times in the middle of the night. It really scared me so much that I couldn't sleep well all night. In fact, it should be caused by the loose wood. Very friendly. One thing to say, hygiene needs to be strengthened very much."

"It was smelly when we get out from the lift at level 6. I think it was came from the carpet. And, the room that we stayed also smells like room is empty for a very long time. The hair dryer that provided is small with slow wind. Suggestion for those girls, you better to bring your own hair dryer. Other than that every thing is ok."

AAvid travellerThe hotel was very strategically located with various eateries around. The front desk personnel was excellent at all inquiries and very humbler and helpful.The breakfast was excellent and with different menu daily which was excellent. The only one side that need improvement was the gym which need an upgrade and also the pool was in maintenance which i personally was looking forward to a swim , hence i do hope they can speed up the swimming pool maintenance soonest and hope to have another trip to penang and stay at Olive tree again.

Get to check in early because I reach there early due to the morning flight. As for my check-out time, again I received warm and friendly greetings from the front desk male staff. The environment was relaxing, and the room that I got was 5 stars by itself. I will be coming back to stay but this time I will bring my whole family to stay with me. Thank you so much.

The room is spacious, but the building is old and has only undergone partial renovations; the flooring is still quite dated. While the bedding is clean, the bath towels have an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the operator is not very responsive to phone calls, so I had to go to the front desk to request a hairdryer. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.

GGuest UserLocation was super close to the stadium which is great to attend concert and be able to walk back. Staff were friendly. Room is a little small but super clean, toilet is well maintained. Location is also surrounded by convinence shops and eateries ideal for walking to get snacks.

JJaycee JjHi . Newly open hotel , i think this one also room for rent monthly . Need to call staff when arriving and got public parking as well. Not a very convenience place but for the price and the cleanliness, is very high recommended. They only provide u soap, so u need to bring your amenities like toothbrush . The towel is for kids size but since I’m travelling w my mom then no issues . Very could and nice place for a short stay. Below at morning time got the nasi lemak viral for rm1, and the green thai tea also very delicious .

GGuest UserThe room is a bit cramped and scary since someone tried to open the door without knocking but the stay was pleasant since the room has all the basic needs covered and theres a projector with netflix and youtube in it for entertainment which is nice also i would prefer white bed sheets and pillow cases for hygiene purposes. Would come again to stay.
